Any contribution to the site is deemed to assign copyright to the Domain-Owner for that contribution.

Except in the case of simple hyperlinks a minimum charge of 250euros per year or part year applies to any graphic or text item used. Invoices will be issued where appropriate to the registered owner of the Domain using the copyrighted material.

Privacy

Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that contact details will not be passed on to third parties unless either written permission is obtained or it is required by the legal authorities of the United Kingdom. Although not subject to UK or EC data protection law, the Domain-Owner attempts to conform to standards that would meet these requirements.

Content

The Domain-Owner takes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all content is suitable for viewing by visitors of any age. It is however not possible to check all links for suitable content and parents are advised to have their own parental controls in place. Adverts and links have been refused by the web owner under this policy.

Details of the Domain-Owner may be obtained via a "whois" enquiry such as at www.whois.net.
