These and other services are charged at the above Hourly Rate (Charged per complete or part 0.25 hour unit). Work estimates are provided before work is commenced. Chargeable work will not exceed these estimates by more than 15% without further written authorisation.
Example... To agree, design, trial and get acceptance by customer of a simple animated Gif might take 1hour 40 minutes. If the Hourly Rate was £30.00 then this would be charged as 1 hr at £30.00 plus three "quarter hours" at £7.50 each - total charge £52.50.
Invoices will be issued in electronic form. Payment must be cleared before the advert goes live. All charges are in UK pounds. Price is price applicable at the start date of advert plus any bank or other charges..
Euros are accepted at a rate shown above; this rate may vary. Other currencies can be accepted only by prior arrangement.
Only the following payment methods are accepted...
Any outstanding charges or payments will be charged interest at 1.2% per month compounded monthly
An email receipt will be issued once funds have cleared.

Commissions and adverts are only accepted under these terms and conditions.
Contract is subject to English Law.
All Custom Work (for the avoidance of doubt this includes but is not limited to design, implementation, artwork, programming, demonstration, rework and testing) is charged at the Hourly Rate - Before work starts an estimate will be provided and must be agreed to in writing by the Advertiser. Where the agreed estimate is believed by Davesguide likely to be exceeded by more than 15% work will stop until further authorisation has been received from the Advertiser.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) - where Custom Work is performed copyright and IPR are held jointly by Davesguide and the Advertiser. Any items provided by the Advertiser must not infringe the IPR or Copyright of any other party.
Content of web pages and adverts will be checked by Davesguide against site privacy and content guidelines.
No guarantee is given as to the availability of the site and no refund will be due for any period when all or part of the site is not available either locally or globally.
No guarantee is given as to timelines for uploading adverts or web pages though where times or dates are requested reasonable efforts will be made to meet these staff and systems availability permitting. Charges are for a once only upload and a fee may be charged where changes are requested except in the case of errors by Davesguide.
Davesguide may refuse to accept a commission without disclosing a reason.
No exclusivity rights are granted either explicitly or by implication.
